It took a while for me to understand how much I enjoy feeding people; the expression of pure joy on a face trying on a piece of my cakes, or cookies, or the many times they are coming back for more, make me feel happy; and made me try on new recipes. 

I have been told they are light, not too sweet, but definitely addictive.

When I bake I get "in the zone", and all my best memories of home, and holidays and love become my ingredients. And I always search for the best combination of flavors.

Dear co-workers, this is for you: Thank you for gladly trying on my latest, and providing feed back, helping me making the desserts better every time.

  4. I love, love, love Daniela's cakes and cookies! It is hard to pick a favorite, but for sure the Joy cookies and Diplomat cake are top of the list!! So delicious! Thank you D! Susan :)
